Absolutely brilliant service. I needed rescuing from an over ambitious coast path walk and called Alpha taxis as my sister had found their number for me. (Not much mobile broadband on the coast path). We arranged a meeting point and, i think his name was Steve, arrived before his ETA, I could have hugged him. He is very knowledgeable about the coast path and Bude in general. I will certainly contact this firm next time I am in the area. Thank you .
Excellent guy, he couldn't do enough for us! He managed to get us into a restaurant (which was amazing) when everywhere was closing and mega busy and then knocked a couple of quid off the fare. We can't recommend him highly enough.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE !!! live in Cumbria. Booked ( Phil ) Bayside taxis. to meet our flight from Newcastle E T A Exeter 21.40. Flight was delayed by almost 4 hours. Guess what ? Phil was waiting for us !. On arrival in Bude approx 03.30 asked how much extra for the waiting time . His reply was , we always honour our bookings, you owe me nothing. Not many ( if any at all ) Phils in todays world. Many thanks Phil and Leeanne.
Quick and friendly service. Found us at our remote and isolated holiday home. Cheaply and happily took us to town and back. Recommended:)
