Wonderful place to all nature lovers. There is a few animals on site (including two Alpacas), plants, vegetables (you can have some of them!). Fires are allowed (or even encouraged). You can use your own wood or buy for £4 a bag. You also can rent Dutch Oven for a few pounds and make some delicious food over the fire!! If you not bothered about luxury (and long hot showers - hot water is provided only by solar panels) it the place to go.
Lovely campsite offering something a bit different with a real eco/earth-centric focus. The facilities provide everything you would need and are clean, but don’t expect modern luxury - the 3x toilets are sawdust composting loos (very clean but no water involved!) and the two showers again are clean but not very warm as they are solar powered. All part of the experience! There is a magical veg patch and green house, pond and lots of animals. The owners are brilliant - helpful and flexible. All in all a great ‘low impact’ camping experience.

The association provides free lifeguards for the nearby beach and this small shop provides them with much needed funds. I found the staff really helpful and the choice and quality of gifts to be excellent.
Amazing people.
